4.1 Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) phyata Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. phyata will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
4.4 You must notify phyata customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. phyata recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number as an additional security measure.
phyata customer support will never request your password via chat, email, or SMS. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to phyata immediately.
4.5 phyata reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation at any point, including for large withdrawals, upon detection of unusual account activity, or as required by applicable regulatory or compliance obligations.
All deposits to your phyata Wallet must be made through the payment methods supported on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposit processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya deposits are typically processed instantly.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from accounts registered to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching your verified phyata Account identity. phyata does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. 6.1 phyata may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which are published on the phyata Platform alongside the relevant promotion.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all phyata bonuses:

10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
10.3 Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any phyata Platform content without prior written permission from phyata is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phyata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the phyata Platform.
11.2 phyata does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable.
11.3 Nothing in this Agreement limits phyata's liability for death, personal injury caused by phyata's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.4 phyata's total aggregate liability to any individual User arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their phyata Wallet in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 phyata reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
12.2 Users wishing to voluntarily close their phyata Account may request closure at any time through the phyata customer support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the User's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between a User and phyata arising from this Agreement or from the User's use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through the phyata customer support team. The majority of account and transaction disputes are resolved within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
14.3 If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or arbitration bodies of the Philippines, as applicable.
14.4 Regulatory complaints may also be directed to PAGCOR in accordance with the procedures established by that authority for online gambling licensees operating under the Philippine regulatory framework.
15.1 phyata reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — such as changes to eligibility requirements, withdrawal conditions, or dispute resolution procedures — phyata will provide advance notice of no less than fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
